Prior to the skill rework I would take JoaT and EL, and now I find it more valuable to be able to take both Emergency Repair Expert and Priority Target. Please mark leaks with spoiler tags, like this: Smolensk is balanced!. I’ve also never been a big fan of BoS, either now or before the rework, because I have always believed there are better uses for those three points. I also like to run PM on USN BBs if I have the extra point because I feel more comfortable forgoing MAM1 to run the Auxiliary Armaments upgrade in slot 1 to preserve my AA. Ignore the fact that it is “recommended” (most of WG’s recommended builds are pretty terrible). This isn’t necessarily by virtue of being a great skill (it’s not bad, though) but mostly because for most BBs the other options are even worse. Emergency Repair Specialist is IMO the worst 1 pt skill because it only increases the reload of your consumables by a few seconds. This is the 21pt build I run on most of my battleships.Įven without one of the special captains, Gun Feeder is IMO the best 1 pt skill to take for BBs. I have a 17 point captain now, but I'm not sure how to spend more after the core build I have now. Hey all, just got Montana, and after a rough first couple matches I've begun to enjoy her 12 gun broadside.
